Police have confirmed that Wisconsin news anchor Neena Pacholke died of natural causes.
According to police, Neena Pacholke's cause of death has been confirmed as cardiac arrest.
On Saturday, Aug. 27, Neena, a news anchor for WAOW in Wausau, died at 27.
After receiving no answer at the door, officers entered the home and found Pacholke deceased.
After investigating, they confirmed she died by suicide.
The police department and local medical examiner's office condolences to those close to Neena.
Kaitlynn later said Neena, who was engaged and had recently celebrated five years at the station, could make anyone feel incredible.

According to the station, Neena loved this community and the people who lived there.
